Deposits are processed in real time during normal banking hours (generally 08:00–22:00 WIB for banks; 24/7 for e-wallets). To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 200.000 without claiming a bonus, you must place at least Rp 200.000 in cumulative bets before you can withdraw. This requirement applies even to deposits made without claiming any promotional offer.

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
